Barista/All Rounder/Baker

Positions: Full-Time Barista & Full-Time Baker
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year barista experience (for barista role); baking experience preferred for baker role

Goldie's Donuts & Bakery is a community favorite known for fresh, scratch-made donuts, delicious pastries, and quality coffee. As we continue to grow our Fraser location, we're looking for passionate, reliable individuals to join our team in both front-of-house and bakery operations.

Full-Time Barista Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages
• Provide welcoming, attentive customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and guest area
• Assist with packaging and presenting bakery items
• Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately
• Complete daily prep and opening/closing tasks
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year barista experience required
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Friendly, positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Weekend availability a plus

Full-Time Baker Responsibilities

• Assist with or lead production of donuts, pastries, and bakery items
• Follow recipes, portioning, and production schedules
• Prepare doughs, mixes, fillings, and toppings
• Operate bakery equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Support early-morning production (early hours required)

Requirements:

• Professional or commercial baking experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-morning environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
