Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills with the kitchen and wait staff.

Duties

• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables
• Maintaining cleanliness in the dinning area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments
• Support kitchen staff by transporting dishes, utensils, and food items as needed
• Ensure that all glassware, dishes, and silverware are clean and properly stored
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth service.
• Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations or catering services is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service; ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A willingness to help team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment is essential for success in this role.
