Dishwasher

Vagabond Blues is looking for a Dishwasher to join our Back of House team We are looking for a self motivated individual with high standards for cleanliness and efficiency. This is a fast-paced position. Flexible availability is preferred. Punctuality is a must, as well as a positive attitude open to constructive guidance. Responsibilities

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and other items as needed)
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
• Set up workstations before meal prep begins, kitchen prep as needed and as time permits
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents)
• Check washing machines' operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
• Remove garbage regularly
• Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
• Put away, rotate and organize daily vendor deliveries
• Maintain daily and weekly chores
• End of shift cleaning and mopping.

• Availability to work Monday-Sunday, as needed
