The Opportunity

We're looking for a
self-driven, detail-focused, and energetic Architectural Project Manager
who thrives on seeing projects come to life. This is a long-term career role with outstanding opportunities for growth, hands-on learning, and involvement in both design and construction operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead the
  production of construction documents
  and manage design projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure design intent is translated accurately into buildable construction documents.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, providing
  operational guidance and quality control
  .
• Review codes, ensure compliance, and support the construction administration process.
• Collaborate closely with construction teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Travel to project sites across the U.S. as needed.

What You Bring

• 6+ years
  in a professional design setting under a licensed architect.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (required).
• Full project delivery experience from schematic design through construction.
• Proficiency in
  Revit
  ,
  Microsoft Word
  , and
  Excel
  .
• Highly organized, creative, solution-oriented, and collaborative.
• Bonus points for:
• Mission critical facility design experience.
• PEMB design coordination experience.
