Entry Level Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with customers by providing professional, courteous, and genuine service
  • Identify and resolve any potential needs the customer may have by educating them on services provided and any sales promotions
  • Meet or exceed business production goals and sales objectives as established by upper management
  • Reveal opportunities to cross-sell and/or upsell additional products and services offered by our clients
  • Collaborate with management, customer service associates, and sales teams to stay updated on new products, services, sales, or policy changes
  • Represent our clients with rectitude by compiling with all company-mandated policies and procedures
  • Foster strong relationships with new customers to maintain a high level of client satisfaction

Entry Level Customer Service Associate Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or sales in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and in an ever-changing environment
  • Clear and effective oral communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex issues
  • Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to leverage probing question
  • An enthusiastic, ambitious, and charismatic personality
  • The ability to build rapport with customers of varying personalities
  • The ability to work flexible hours
  • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor Degree Preferred
  • Reliable transportation is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $1,300.00 per week
