Position Summary:
Timberline Construction Corp. ("TCC") is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with experience in talent acquisition and onboarding.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The TA Manager will proactively drive and be responsible for researching, developing and executing an effective and proactive Talent Acquisition strategy, which aligns with and supports the company's business strategy Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for open position(s) Conduct recruitment and outreach efforts for all exempt, non-exempt, Co-op, and temporary employee positions including job posting and advertising, initial screening, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking. Work with HR team during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details Organize, attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions and other networking opportunities Oversee onboarding; schedule and facilitate New Hire Orientation Sessions, prepare all materials, ensure I-9/E-Verify Compliance. Process new hire paperwork and maintain accurate personnel records and files relative to benefits, PTO accruals, promotions and wage histories. Handle monthly billings from benefits providers, reviewing for accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Minimum/Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Minimum of 5+ years of related experience, preferably in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources capacity Construction industry experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to handle confidential information Strong attention to detail Excellent team player who exhibits an eagerness to learn, strong collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across all levels of management.
