Reporting Relationship: Reports to Executive Director/Operator

A Director at Chick-fil-A Elgin oversees one area of the business but can contribute to the restaurant as a whole. The ideal candidate is humble, hungry and smart. The role requires flexibility and open-mindedness. Creativity and innovation to develop systems, processes, and strategy will be necessary to win in this role. A Director can lead a team respectfully, inspire others to succeed, sees the restaurant as a whole in order to provide feedback, and works well with other high level leaders. Leadership at Chick-fil-A Elgin is part of a High Performance Leadership Team.

Some Key Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations
• Protecting the brand
• Making and posting weekly schedules
• Ordering Truck Inventory and receiving product
• Executing end of month, invoicing, inventory and payroll
• Lead from a place in operations serving guests and our team
• And other duties as assigned

As a Director, you can expect to work at least 3 nights per week and most Saturdays, as that is our busiest sales day.
