We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, project management, and cost control. Responsibilities
- estimation process for construction projects from start to finish
- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam and EarthWorks to create detailed project bids
- Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure competitive pricing
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate project pricing
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase

Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management
- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Bluebeam and EarthWorks
- Strong understanding of contract documents and construction processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of cost control methods and strategies
