Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join a fast-paced industrial manufacturing team in Pittsburg, KS. The Machine Operator will be responsible for safely operating production machinery, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous workflow in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications

· Inspect running film for flaws, splices, and quality defects

· Remove completed product from machines

· Clean machines, pumps, and workstations to meet sanitation standards

· Pull stock and materials from storage as needed

· Complete and maintain all required production reports

· Uphold departmental housekeeping and cleanliness standards

· Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company policies

Requirements & Qualifications

· Ability to stand/walk 10+ hours per day

· Ability to read, speak, and understand English

· Computer proficiency required

· Must pass a drug screen and background check

· Minimum 2 years of recent machine operating experience

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
