Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Assistant Principal to join our educational leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Principal to foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-achieving school environment. Your leadership will inspire staff, motivate students, and strengthen community partnerships. You will oversee daily operations, support curriculum development, and ensure the implementation of strategic initiatives that promote academic excellence and student well-being. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Principal in developing and executing strategic planning initiatives to enhance school performance and community engagement
  • Lead curriculum development efforts to ensure innovative, standards-aligned instructional practices across all grade levels
  • Supervise teaching staff, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities
  • Oversee classroom management strategies to foster a positive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds
  • Coordinate fundraising activities and manage budgets to support school programs and infrastructure improvements
  • Support student discipline policies, attendance monitoring, and student support services to promote a safe and inclusive school climate
  • Represent the school at public speaking engagements, community events, and stakeholder meetings to build strong relationships with families and partners

Experience

  • Proven experience working with students in a classroom setting, demonstrating effective teaching practices
  • Prior management or supervisory experience in an educational setting or related organization
  • Strong background in education administration, including curriculum development, strategic planning, and budgeting
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster collaborative teamwork
  • Experience in fundraising initiatives to support school programs or facilities upgrades
  • Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse audiences
  • Supervising experience that highlights your capacity to oversee staff performance and professional growth

Pay: $74, $103,360.00 per year
