This is a 100% remote position. All job duties are completed virtually, allowing you to work from home while supporting in-clinic teams and families through telehealth and remote supervision.

What You'll Do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) via telehealth and records review
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide remote supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate virtually with interdisciplinary teams (OT, PT, SLP) and families
• Coach caregivers using evidence-based strategies for success at home
• Review data, ensure treatment integrity, and celebrate client progress

Qualifications

• BCBA: Certified and licensed in Missouri (or license-eligible)
• PLBA: Completed required coursework and supervision; actively pursuing BCBA certification
• LBA: Licensed in Missouri with a passion for advancing ABA services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a remote environment
• High level of organization, independence, and accountability

Job Type: Full-Time | Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay Range: $60,000–$80,000 annually (DOE)
Client Service Area: Willow Springs & West Plains, MO
