- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Job Location: Facility in Dallas, TX (In-Office / Hybrid Position)
- This is a Salaried (50k-60k) + Commission Structured Position.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:
- Sales Process:
Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through primarily outbound calls, email outreach, and inbound inquiries using internal lead software. - Sales Conversations
: Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer goals and recommend appropriate printing formats, mailing services, and marketing solutions. - HubSpot Management:
Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and integration with other tools. - Campaign Execution:
Assist with the process of planning, building, and executing email, social media, and digital marketing campaigns through HubSpot. - Automation & Workflows:
Assist with developing and maintaining automated workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and drip sequences to improve conversion rates utilizing Hubspot and ZoomInfo - Analytics & Reporting:
Track key marketing metrics (traffic, leads, conversion rates, campaign ROI) and provide actionable insights to improve performance along with maintaining accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system. - Lead Management:
Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle stages within HubSpot to ensure timely follow-up and efficient pipeline movement.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Hands-on experience using
HubSpot Marketing Hub
and
CRM
strongly preferred. - Inside Sales Experience Strongly Preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with ZoomInfo preferred, but not required
- Experience related to Print and Mail services preferred, but not required
