IT Program Manager – AI Programs

Overview
Seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and deliver IT and AI initiatives. This role oversees project planning, execution, integration of AI technologies, and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT and AI project portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and solution design.
• Oversee integration of AI models, data platforms, and cloud technologies.
• Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and vendor performance.
• Lead the RFP process and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Support the establishment of an AI Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor project teams and foster a collaborative environment.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
• 8–10 years of IT project/program management experience, including AI and cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of Azure, AI models, and modern data platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional AI or data-related certifications a plus.

Pay: $ $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
