About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist in our Augusta senior community, you will:

  • Complete functional and cognitive evaluations
  • Develop individualized, resident-centered treatment plans
  • Provide skilled OT interventions to support independence in ADLs and meaningful occupations
  • Educate residents, families, and staff on adaptive strategies
  • Recommend assistive equipment and environmental modifications
  • Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and the interdisciplinary care team
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current or eligible Wisconsin OT license
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Passion for working with older adults and supporting quality of life
