This highly visible role is critical to ensuring new team members are successfully integrated while meeting all compliance, security, and access requirements unique to the federal space.

What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new Oracle Health Federal Consulting associates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through onboarding requirements and addressing questions or concerns
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of compliance, access, and security steps
- Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and proactively escalate risks or delays
- Develop and communicate clear onboarding instructions, status updates, and reminders to associates and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements to support scale and efficiency
- Provide mentorship and oversight to junior team members supporting onboarding coordination
- Deliver clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
Responsibilities
What You'll Bring (Basic Qualifications)
- 5–7 years of experience in project management or onboarding coordination, preferably within healthcare technology or federal programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and clarity across stakeholders
- Demonstrated success driving projects independently and managing competing priorities
US citizenship with the ability to obtain federal security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or other project management certification
- Experience onboarding associates in highly regulated environments
- Strong business judgment and comfort with ambiguity
- Proven track record of using data and metrics to drive process improvements
