Your responsibilities will include picking items for customer orders, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to meet productivity targets while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and warehouse equipment is a plus. Strict adherence to Safety guidelines and the correct use of PPE are mandatory. The role involves significant Lifting , with some items weighing up to 50 pounds. - Picking products accurately according to customer orders.
- Packing items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Labeling packages correctly for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Meeting daily productivity and quality goals.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Reporting any damaged goods or equipment malfunctions.
- Following all warehouse safety regulations.
- Wearing appropriate PPE as required.
