About
We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics processes. This includes receiving and putting away stock, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, accuracy, and productivity. You will work in a dynamic team environment, contributing to the overall success of our distribution operations. This position requires physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining a clean and Safe work area.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Load outbound trucks for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and Safe work environment at all times.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking as required.
- Perform tasks that involve frequent Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Support the overall logistics and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting, standing, and walking.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and Safety best practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Understanding of basic logistics is beneficial.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe work environment.
