Join our growing team as a Distribution Center Associate in Omaha, Nebraska! We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution processes. You will be involved in a variety of warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. A strong focus on Safety, accuracy, and efficiency is crucial for success in this role. You will work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals and ensure that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position requires physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying counts and quality.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization in the distribution center.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and Safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in regular inventory counts and checks.
- Perform tasks that involve frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Support all aspects of the logistics and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent physical activity, including Lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards.
