Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick customer orders from warehouse stock using order pick lists.
- Pack items carefully and securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Stock received merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain organized inventory and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and wear all designated PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and a strong eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics principles.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime.
