Join our expanding logistics operation as a Warehouse Associate in Fort Worth, Texas. This position is vital to the smooth functioning of our distribution center, focusing on the accurate and timely handling of all warehouse goods. You will be involved in the entire process, from receiving products and storing them appropriately to picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and storage locations with incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Follow safe lifting techniques and material handling guidelines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of basic logistics principles. Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for the duration of the shift. Commitment to safety and willingness to use PPE.
