Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order sheets or scanning equipment.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Verify order details against picked items to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as needed.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to a supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
- Capacity for lifting items up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
