Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with speed and precision.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, and potentially forklifts upon certification, to move materials safely.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and cycle counting.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, orderly, and free from hazards, following all safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, particularly concerning safety and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to safety vests, gloves, and footwear.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks, managing the flow of goods in and out of the facility.
  • Support inventory management processes to minimize loss and ensure product integrity.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics department.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior warehouse or distribution experience is highly desirable.
  • Capacity for sustained physical activity, including regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes within the logistics field.
