* Hourly Rate: $55 to $70
* Full Time Position: $4,000 Hiring & Retention Bonus (Limited Time Offer)
*Position Overview: *
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, treat, and support residents with speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders.
*Key Responsibilities: *
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
* Document therapy sessions and resident progress
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families
* Participate in care planning and PDPM processes
* Mentor and support SLP assistants
*Qualifications: *
* Active California SLP license in good standing
* Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
* Full Time CFY sponsorship welcome; experience in SNF or rehabilitation preferred
* Knowledge of PDPM, Medicare, and SNF regulations
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
