Daily Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Representative:

• Our Sales Trainees develop and execute direct marketing campaigns and face-to-face outreach.
• Engage directly with community members, explain the program, and guide eligible customers through the application process
• Manage customer databases and ensure accurate record-keeping for marketing and sales efforts.
• Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and experience.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to the marketing & sales teams to improve results.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives.

Qualifications of a Wireless Sales Representative:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; must be 18 years or older to apply
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or related fields- experience in direct marketing or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills with an ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving marketing trends
