Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, self-driven individual to oversee and manage a complete production product line from end to end. This role involves responsibility for material ordering, workflow setup, production planning, and overall line organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical competence, proven leadership ability, and the skills to keep operations running efficiently while maintaining high quality and throughput.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire product line including planning, scheduling, workflow design, and daily operational management.
  • Coordinate and manage procurement of raw materials, components, and necessary supplies, ensuring production is never delayed due to shortages.
  • Develop and maintain organized processes for machine setup, tooling, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Utilize strong machining knowledge to troubleshoot issues, guide process improvements, and ensure all manufactured components meet quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and establish best practices in inventory control to minimize waste and overstock.
  • Manage, supervise, and support a team of approximately 20 assemblers, including training, task delegation, performance guidance, and problem-solving.
  • Work closely with engineering, quality, procurement, and management to align production targets with company goals.
  • Enforce safety procedures, maintain a clean work environment, and uphold company policies throughout the production floor.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Must have experience in machining, manufacturing, or a related production environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of machining equipment, tooling, and production processes.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, inventory software usage, or supply chain coordination.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience overseeing 10+ team members (20 preferred).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or workflow optimization is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
