The Facility Maintenance Technician I will be part of our Real Estate and Development team and will have an assigned territory of properties.

A Facility Maintenance Technician I at Monte Nido is responsible for executing on all aspects of facility management across their assigned properties. The region for this role will include properties in a limited geographic area and will consist of owned and leased homes, medical office, hospitals, general office and residential apartments, and any other type of properties brought into the portfolio in the future. Performs basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and repair tasks according to service, quality, and safety standards. Following standard operating procedures, installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management systems. Assists with miscellaneous facility projects, including painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures, and moving furniture or materials within the facility. Utilizes a work order system to log activities as required. Works with or assists trades contractors to complete projects or complex repairs. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. This is a Full time position:  Monday-Friday night shift - 11pm-7:30am.

Pay: $20-$23/hour depending on experience
