Role Overview

The Partner Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives focused on enabling and empowering partners to drive joint business growth. This role involves creating partner-centric programs, campaigns, and resources that strengthen relationships, generate leads, and accelerate revenue—

Key Responsibilities
Partner Marketing & Enablement

  • Develop and execute
    partner marketing strategies
    aligned with company goals and service offerings.
  • Create
    partner enablement toolkits
    , onboarding materials, and co-branded assets tailored for service-based solutions.
  • Plan and manage
    joint webinars, events, and social media campaigns
    with partners.
  • Drive
    partner communications
    through newsletters, webinars, and portal updates.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align
    partner marketing efforts with revenue objectives

  • Track and report
    partner engagement metrics
    , campaign ROI, and provide insights for improvement.

Marketing Leadership (Partner-Focused)

  • Own the
    partner marketing calendar
    and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Develop
    lead generation programs
    through joint initiatives with partners.
  • Manage
    partner events
    , sponsorships, and digital marketing activities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize partner strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing within the service industry
    (IT services, consulting, managed services, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
    .
  • Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in
    marketing automation tools
    , CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
