Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Partner Marketing & Enablement
- Develop and execute
partner marketing strategies
aligned with company goals and service offerings. - Create
partner enablement toolkits
, onboarding materials, and co-branded assets tailored for service-based solutions. - Plan and manage
joint webinars, events, and social media campaigns
with partners. - Drive
partner communications
through newsletters, webinars, and portal updates. - Collaborate with sales teams to align
partner marketing efforts with revenue objectives
. - Track and report
partner engagement metrics
, campaign ROI, and provide insights for improvement.
Marketing Leadership (Partner-Focused)
- Own the
partner marketing calendar
and ensure timely execution of campaigns. - Develop
lead generation programs
through joint initiatives with partners. - Manage

, sponsorships, and digital marketing activities. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize partner strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing within the service industry
(IT services, consulting, managed services, etc.). - Strong understanding of
partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
. - Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in
marketing automation tools
