Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our store operates smoothly. You will assist customers, maintain cleanliness, and uphold food safety standards while contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and needs.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitized environment throughout the store.
• Handle food items in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Operate cash registers accurately while managing cash handling procedures.
• Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Prepare food items as needed, adhering to kitchen safety standards.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.

Skills

• Experience in the grocery store or food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of food handling and food safety practices.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• A proactive attitude towards helping others and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
