Restaurant Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and satisfied throughout their dining experience.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing strong upselling skills to enhance the guest experience.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to culinary standards.
• Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Help sanitize tables, utensils, and other dining equipment to uphold health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations to guests.

Experience

• Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred, particularly in fine dining establishments.
• Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A passion for culinary arts is a plus, as it enhances the overall guest experience through informed service.
