Part-Time Community-Based Direct Support Professional

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Community-Based Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings. This role focuses on promoting independence, social engagement, and community inclusion while ensuring safety and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support individuals during community outings and activities
• Provide transportation to appointments, work, and social events
• Assist with skill-building, independence, and community integration
• Follow individual service plans and document services accurately
• Ensure health, safety, and dignity at all times
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and care teams

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass background checks and required training
• Availability to work some Saturdays
• Reliable, patient, and respectful
• Previous DSP or caregiving experience preferred but not required
