Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting with troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new offerings
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM systems
- Process transactions such as cash handling and order processing with attention to detail
- Support clients by addressing concerns, processing requests, and providing solutions that foster satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
- Ability to handle data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with outbound calling and analysis skills is desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor at all times
- Basic cash handling skills and typing proficiency required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
