2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor 6:00pm to 1:30am.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks and ensure proper handling of materials
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency
- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory, orders, and shipments
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of materials handling, logistics, and warehouse distribution processes
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage orders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
