The Operations Manager ensures that Park and its Employees are following all Policy, Procedure and Legal requirements. Operations Managers stay up-to date on company Standard Operating Procedures and Policies and apply them to their assigned locations' practices to minimize executional, customer experience, financial and legal risk. - in line with our Mission Statement,

The Operations Manager will work closely with the Venue Manager and will be responsible for effectively overseeing and managing the operational and customer service procedures of the park including party execution- in line with our Mission Statement to provide a safe, secure, clean and fun environment for all ages.

Key responsibilities:

  • Labor Law Compliance
  • Safety / Security / Facility Cleanliness Standards· Customer Experience / Brand Representation Standards
  • Employee Behavior / Customer Service Standards
  • Event Execution Standards etc.
  • Guest Experience: Delivering consistent and brand standard customer experience through correct execution of the brand's cleanliness, security, and safety related programs, procedures and policies.
  • Team Leadership: Evaluates team members' knowledge and educates them on work related policies and procedures
  • Direct Reports: Overseeing all Billy Beez employees with direct department responsibilities over the Cashiers, Gate Attendants, Party Hosts and Cafe Associates.
  • Admission Procedure: Executing and overseeing the brand's admission procedure from customer registration through transactional accuracy to gate security.
  • Cash Handling: Banking, Shift change, Cashing up, End of Day procedure
  • Customer Service: Monitoring front desk interactions and ensuring that guests experience professional and high standard customer service in all situations.
  • Operational Compliance: Ensuring that all actions and decisions are in compliance with Billy Beez's Standard Operating Procedure, Employee handbook and Mission Statement.
  • Functioning as direct corporate liaison as Manager on Duty (MOD), the Operations Manager completes the following tasks:

· Completes daily and weekly reviews to monitor adherence to policies and procedures

· Evaluates team members' knowledge, educates them on work related policies and procedures

· Immediately corrects and improves areas of the business that do not meet company standards and legal requirements

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Management/Supervisory and Key Holder positions
  • Experience in staff training and team leadership
  • Experience in cash handling
  • Experience in operational compliance management
  • Experience in customer service management
  • Must have at least 2-3 years management or supervisory experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Availability Requirements:

  • Must have open availability
  • Must be able to work during weekends and holidays
  • Shifts are assigned as per business need

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
