As our next Steward/Dishwasher, you'll play a vital role in keeping the heart of our kitchen running smoothly. You'll ensure every plate, utensil, and piece of equipment is spotless and ready to serve, supporting both the culinary and banquet teams with care and pride.

What You'll Do

• Lead with Empathy: Work closely with your team to ensure the kitchen stays organized, clean, and safe.
• Take Care of People: Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment with consistency and efficiency.
• Include Others: Support banquet and kitchen operations by helping wherever needed.
• Inspire to Succeed: Take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards that elevate the guest experience.
• Overcome Obstacles: Handle fast-paced shifts with a calm, can-do attitude and a focus on teamwork.

What We're Looking For

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required, we'll train the right person.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs., and perform physical tasks safely.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
