Fintech Project Manager

• Project manager with background in payments and wealth management
  Leading and managing projects:
  Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, including defining scope, planning, executing, and monitoring.
• Stakeholder management:
  Effectively communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, development teams, and senior leadership.
• Budget and resource management:
  Managing project budgets, allocating resources effectively, and monitoring progress to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Risk management:
  Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery or success.
• Technical understanding:
  Possessing a foundational knowledge of the technologies, platforms, and tools used in wealth management and payments (e.g., APIs, cloud computing, blockchain) to effectively collaborate with technical teams.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 5 years, hands-on, technology experience – A MUST

· Minimum of 5 years project management experience

· Proven experience managing several major projects involving diverse operations and technology groups

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Proven ability to negotiate and influence business decisions and directions

· Excellent organizational skills

· BA degree
