Position Summary
ANNCO is seeking an organized and driven Operations Manager to lead daily field activities and uphold operational excellence across all landscape projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, excels at team leadership, and understands the importance of efficient scheduling and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee daily operations for multiple landscape crews.
  • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and project completion timelines.
  • Manage crew schedules, logistics, and allocation of labor and equipment.
  • Support financial goals by monitoring budgets and performance indicators.
  • Work with branch leadership to implement operational improvements and company initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop field supervisors and crew leaders.
  • Visit job sites regularly to evaluate progress, identify challenges, and engage with clients when needed.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience supervising crews or field operations, preferably in landscaping or property services.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a background in training and staff development.
  • Experience coordinating schedules, managing resources, and running daily operations.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, performance tracking, and efficiency improvement.
  • Solid understanding of job-site safety and the ability to enforce compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and committed to maintaining quality standards.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
