Walls & Ceilings , the wall and ceiling industry's premier publication. If you're an interior or exterior wall and ceiling contractor, architect, manufacturer, supplier or distributor, you'll want to check this site often. ASSEMBLY covers the processes, technologies and strategies for assembling discrete parts into finished products. ASSEMBLY reaches over 60,000 engineers and managers responsible for designing and manufacturing cars, computers, catheters, coffeemakers and everything in between. Our readers make large products in small volumes and small products in large volumes.

The Editor/Digital Content Producer is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-quality content across multiple BNP Media manufacturing brands. This role supports digital, print, multimedia, and social platforms, ensuring timely delivery, consistent brand voice, and strong audience engagement.

Editorial & Content Production

  • Edit, proofread, and publish daily news, features, and articles across multiple industry brands for both digital and print platforms.
  • Develop monthly eMagazines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper display across devices, including writing coverlines, Tables of Contents, and WebTOCs.
  • Conduct interviews and write original articles; research and generate timely story ideas to support websites, newsletters, and video series.
  • Collaborate with English- and Spanish-language contributors and sources to gather and refine content.
  • Edit sponsored sections, special projects, and monthly print/digital features as needed.
  • Consistently follow production schedules and meet all editorial deadlines.

Newsletter Management

  • Manage the content selection, writing, editing, and layout of several monthly eNewsletters across multiple brands.
  • Ensure newsletters are engaging, on-brand, and aligned with editorial and audience-growth objectives.

Multimedia Content & Production

  • Coordinate and manage the production of videos, podcasts, webinars, and other multimedia content across brands.
  • Conduct on-camera or recorded interviews; book and manage guests for videos and podcasts, overseeing the full process from outreach through production.
  • Moderate webinars and support video scripting, planning, and creation.
  • Transform multimedia content (podcasts, webinars, video interviews) into Q&A-style articles and other written formats using transcripts and editorial judgment.
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose or share relevant content across sister BNP Manufacturing brands to broaden reach and improve efficiency.

Social Media & Audience Engagement

  • Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms with tailored, channel-specific content.
  • Implement new social media strategies to increase reach, follower growth, and audience engagement.
  • Support live event coverage through social media updates and real-time engagement.

Digital Strategy, Analytics & Optimization

  • Produce monthly digital analytics reports for assigned brands.
  • Analyze audience behavior, website performance, newsletter metrics, and social engagement to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve content performance and digital strategy.

Industry Events, Field Reporting & Representation

  • Attend and contribute to event coverage at ASSEMBLY trade shows and additional industry conferences.
  • Conduct on-site interviews, capture content for digital and social channels, and represent the brand within the manufacturing community.
  • Support growth of brand visibility, industry relationships, and field-sourced content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
