Job Summary
The Manager of International Operations Implementation supports the execution of operational and retail systems initiatives across international markets. This role focuses on coordinating project tasks, supporting system rollouts, and ensuring operational readiness in collaboration with cross-functional teams. A key focus of this role is ensuring the accuracy and consistency of sales reporting across global markets, supporting data integrity and business insights.

Essential Functions

  • Operational Support & Implementation:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of international operational initiatives, including new franchisee onboarding, market launch and process rollouts.
  • Coordinate logistics, timelines, and documentation to support implementation efforts.
  • Track project milestones and escalate risks or delays to leadership.
  • Retail Systems Coordination:
  • Support the deployment of retail systems such as POS, inventory tools, and mobile applications in international markets.
  • Collaborate with IT and field teams to ensure systems are tested, configured, and functioning properly.
  • Provide first-level support and feedback collection during and after implementation.
  • Sales Reporting Accuracy:
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and field teams to ensure accurate configuration of sales reporting systems during implementation.
  • Validate sales data integrity post-launch, identifying and resolving discrepancies in reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Support the development of standardized reporting templates and processes across international markets (e.g. Rizepoint, BI Dashboard, Matrix, FRM)
  • Assist in training franchisees on proper sales data entry and reporting procedures.
  • Maintains the GoTo Foods Product Number list for all international brands.
  • Training & Communication:
  • Help develop training materials and job aids for new systems and processes.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders across departments and regions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with teams in Operations, IT, Training, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Collaborates with domestic teams to ensure alignment with GoTo Foods platforms and initiatives.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to status updates and documentation.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.

Work Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in foodservice operations, project coordination, or technology support.
  • Familiarity with restaurant retail systems (e.g., POS, inventory, workforce management).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and reporting integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 15%.

Skills

  • Experience working on cross-functional or international projects.
  • Exposure to retail technology implementations or system rollouts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, Rizepoint/FranConnect, Zenput, Decision Logic or other reporting tools.
  • Experience with sales data validation or reporting processes.
