We are seeking a Service Manager who doesn't just manage… but motivates, coaches, communicates effectively, and leads by example. This leader must be technologically savvy and capable of executing company processes exactly as directed and holding others accountable to the same standards, ensuring precision, consistency, and alignment across the entire operation.

As Bighorn's Service Manager, you will be the driving force behind our field operations. You will:

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of technicians and office staff.

Maximize professionalism, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Resolve questions, escalations, and concerns with calm authority and positivity.

Be highly tech-savvy with software, dispatch tools, digital communication, online platforms, and data tracking.

Clearly communicate ownership's priorities and direction to both techs and office staff, ensuring full team alignment.

Optimize scheduling and dispatch for maximum efficiency and customer responsiveness.

Load, transport, and safely pull a dump trailer and/or excavator when needed to support field operations.

Support technicians with training and direction, helping them grow technically, personally, and professionally.

Monitor job quality, van stock, safety standards, and performance metrics to ensure excellence in the field.

Collaborate with ownership on strategy, staffing, and growth initiatives as we expand across Northern Nevada.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Experience in plumbing service management or a related leadership role

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Executes processes as directed and holds team accountable to the same standards

Technologically savvy mindset (software, metrics, mobile tools, CRM, tablets, etc.)

Competency in loading, transporting, and pulling a dump trailer/excavator safely

Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and industry best practices

Calm, professional, customer-focused communication style

Valid driver's license + clean driving record
