Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that all dining needs are met. Your ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using OpenTable or similar systems.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Monitor guests' dining experience, checking in regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Follow all food handling and safety procedures as per restaurant guidelines.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is preferred.
• Background in fine dining service is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
