ResponsibilitiesTo provide administrative services to the Vice President of Support Services through the performance of duties such as serving as liaison with both internal and external publics; managing VP's calendar and meeting schedule; managing professional correspondence and messages; researches, collects and prepares data for management assignments, reports, meeting minutes and presentations; using own initiative to draft responses as required; sorting, opening and distributing daily mail; answering telephone promptly and courteously; and maintaining conference room schedule. In addition to supporting the VP of Periop Services, this position serves as the front desk office support to the Patient Care Services suite. Additional duties include: greeting office visitors/ employees and helping them connect with the appropriate PCS team members; supporting the daily office function by assisting with print jobs, filing or administrative tasks; ordering and stocking of office supplies as appropriate; assisting with event planning for Support Services; and cross-support for the PCS VPs and Directors as needed.
Requirements- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Five years of experience in an Administrative or Executive Secretary level role
