Job summary
The Pricing Analyst plays a key role in supporting the company's commercial and financial strategy within the aviation and ground handling services division. This position is responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing pricing models that ensure competitiveness, profitability, and compliance with contractual and operational requirements. The Pricing Analyst will partner closely with the sales, operations, finance, and contract management teams to evaluate cost structures, prepare bids, and deliver accurate, data-driven pricing proposals that support growth and margin objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Development & Analysis
- Develop, maintain, and update cost and pricing models for aviation and ground handling proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company financial targets.
- Analyze historical data, operational costs, and market conditions to support competitive and profitable pricing recommendations.
- Prepare detailed pricing inputs for RFPs, RFQs, and tenders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
Financial & Market Insight
- Conduct margin analysis, sensitivity testing, and scenario modeling to evaluate pricing impact on profitability.
- Research competitor pricing, market rates, and industry benchmarks to maintain competitive positioning.
- Support the implementation of pricing strategies that align with company objectives and customer expectations.
Collaboration & Process Optimization
- Partner with the finance and operations teams to understand cost drivers and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to develop customized pricing solutions for key clients.
- Support the standardization and continuous improvement of pricing processes, tools, and templates.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare regular pricing reports, margin analyses, and bid profitability summaries for leadership review.
- Maintain documentation of pricing assumptions, methodologies, and approvals for audit and compliance purposes.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial modeling, or commercial support, ideally within aviation, ground handling, logistics, or B2B service industries.
- Experience supporting bids, tenders, or contracts in a services-based environment preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analytics and financial modeling tools.

Location
This position is based in Miami, FL, and requires the selected candidate to reside locally or be willing to relocate.
