About
We're seeking a Security Operations Center Supervisor to lead daily security operations and help maintain a safe, secure environment for our associates, visitors, and facilities. In this role, you will oversee security personnel and/or contract security vendors, respond to incidents, and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise, schedule, and direct the work of security staff and contracted security partners.
Oversee day-to-day security operations to ensure consistent adherence to safety and security protocols.
Partner with internal departments to address and resolve security concerns.
Conduct routine inspections of security systems, access controls, and safety procedures.
Respond to and manage security incidents and emergencies with professionalism and clarity.
Maintain accurate incident reports and identify process improvements.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to security personnel.
Support continuous enhancement of security procedures and operating standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in security operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong management, communication, and decision‑making skills
Working knowledge of security systems (access control, CCTV), emergency response procedures, and safety protocols.
Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective in high‑pressure or emergency situations.
Associate or bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CPP or PSP.
Experience managing third‑party security vendors.
Knowledge of OSHA standards and other applicable regulatory requirements.
