About

Our Mission

Serve Families. Our Method: Relentless Speed. Entyre Care radically supports family caregivers with financial, emotional, and expert resources. We operate with urgency, focus, and a commitment to delivering "insanely great" outcomes for families.

The Role

At Entyre Care, our General Managers are the boots-on-the-ground leaders scaling operations state by state to deliver life-changing support for family caregivers. As
Strategy & Operations Associate
to the GM of Virginia, you'll be their right-hand partner, owning execution across operations, regulatory strategy, and growth initiatives. This isn't a back-office role. It's a launchpad. You'll be in the room for the biggest decisions, own critical workstreams, and play a hands-on role in running the day-to-day Virginia operations.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the GM's right-hand (think Chief of Staff): drive execution on day-to-day priorities, problem-solve, and keep the team moving fast.
  • Become an expert across each Virginia's Medicaid program, waiver, and regulatory environment, turning complexity into an operational playbook.
  • Build and refine state-specific operations: from caregiver onboarding to compliance and reimbursement.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning clinical operations, recruiting, partnerships, and regulatory affairs.
  • Drive data analysis and reporting to inform decisions and spot growth opportunities.
  • Build strategic and operational roadmaps for high-priority initiatives.
  • Partner with HQ teams (product, marketing, finance, automation, sales) to bring local needs to life.
  • Drive the delivery of special projects, anything from fixing onboarding bottlenecks to preparing expansion launches.
  • Learn the GM playbook.

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB or equivalent) - preferably with exposure to healthcare casework.
  • Ideally 1-2 years in strategy/ops roles at high-growth companies. Healthcare operations a plus (not required).
  • Relentless problem-solving ability with strong analytical chops.
  • Bias for action: you thrive in ambiguity, cut through noise, and move fast.
  • Strong situational communication skills across stakeholder types; you can engage with clinical staff, regulators, and executives alike.
  • Curiosity to master Medicaid and state regulatory environments.

The Opportunity

  • Drive outcomes at an organization that sits at the intersection of government and social impact.
  • Direct mentorship from the GM—shadow, learn, and grow into the role.
  • Ground-floor seat at a company redefining family caregiving.
  • A culture that moves fast, takes big swings, and builds for impact.

What We Offer

  • 401(K), Health insurance, Life insurance, Dental insurance and Vision insurance.
  • Comprehensive PTO including 11 paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), and sick leave.
  • Employee Perks: Spending discounts via SmartSpend, financial coaching via SoFi, and pet insurance discounts for any furry friends
