We pride ourselves on excellent customer care, industry expertise, and a strong team environment. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team.

Job Summary:
The Parts Counter Person is responsible for assisting customers by looking up and identifying correct parts, processing orders, and supporting inside sales for a wide range of commercial outdoor power equipment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone regarding parts inquiries and sales
• Identify, look up, and source parts using catalogs, inventory systems, and vendor resources
• Provide accurate quotes and process parts orders efficiently
• Support inside sales by recommending products, upselling when appropriate, and following up on leads
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts counter and inventory area
• Create and update customer accounts, invoices, and purchase orders
• Coordinate with the service department on parts needed for repairs
• Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall store operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, parts, or inside sales preferred
• Knowledge of equipment or related parts is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to use parts lookup systems, computers, and catalogs
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• $16-$23/hour based on experience

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
