Akkodis is seeking an
AEM Software Engineer
for a
Contract
with a client in
Dearborn, MI(Hybrid).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications across the full stack, ensuring high-quality and user-centric solutions.
Rate Range:
$60/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
AEM Software Engineer Job Responsibilities Include
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications across the full stack to meet customer requirements.
- Engage with customers to understand use cases and pain points, ensuring user-centric solutions.
- Create and implement software architecture designs and select appropriate technology stacks for scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and architects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain front-end interfaces and back-end services, including APIs and microservices.
- Implement best practices for testing and security, such as TDD, CI/CD, encryption, and anonymization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 6 years in IT with at least 4 years in software development.
- Practical experience in two programming languages or advanced proficiency in one, with strong knowledge of clean coding practices (TDD/BDD, CI/CD).
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable software architecture and deliver full-stack solutions, including front-end and back-end development.

Pay Details:
$60.00 to $65.00 per hour
