Mr. K BBQ in Kokomo is a small business in Kokomo, IN. We are a Korean restaraunt that recently opened and are looking for hardworking, english-speaking people to join our team. We have a english speaking trainer that will help you get adjusted as needed, if you can speak a little bit of Korean that'd be great as well but if not it's okay~ Our starting pay is $15 but will go up with time spent working at Mr. K and based off your performance If you have any questions, please give us a text or a call and we will answer anything you're curious about

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

• Greet customers and present menus

• Take food and beverage orders

• Deliver food and beverages to tables

• Monitor guest needs and promptly address any requests or issues

• Prepare itemized checks and process payments

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

• Explain dishes to customers

• Cook meats at table for customers as needed

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Knowledge of Korean foods

• Knowledge of POS systems for order processing

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Minimum intermediate Korean speaking skills

• Good physical health as you may be standing for hours at a time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
