Responsibilities & Objectives
We are looking for a Manager of Partner Marketing who can bring creativity, structure, and energy to this next stage of growth by working closely. This is a builder role for someone who thrives on collaboration, storytelling, and bringing structure to new programs. You will shape how Elemica works with and through our partners by creating joint narratives, campaigns, and events designed to strengthen our ecosystem, extend our reach, and drive qualified pipeline.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic global partners such as SAP, Shippeo, Agilis, system integrators, and logistics providers
Build co-marketing programs that drive awareness, demand, and credibility through digital campaigns, webinars, and in-person events
Plan and execute joint partner events, from virtual roundtables to major conference activations, maximizing shared reach and ROI
Build the business case for, launch, and optimize a partner MDF (Market Development Fund) program that drives measurable impact
Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to develop joint messaging, solution sheets, and partner content
Support the Elemica Alliance program through certification promotion, partner storytelling, and onboarding communications
Enable regional partners with the tools, campaigns, and guidance they need to succeed in-market
Track and report partner-sourced and influenced pipeline to build visibility and accountability across our go-to-market organization
Year One Focus Areas
Partner Storytelling and Messaging
Launch refreshed messaging and collateral for three to five strategic alliances such as Shippeo, SAP, and Agilis
Build internal and external partner resource kits including joint slides, case studies, and digital assets
Capture and promote partner success stories, certifications, and ecosystem proof points
Co-Marketing Campaigns and Events
Co-create six to eight integrated campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline through webinars, email, and social
Plan and execute joint digital and in-person partner events including roundtables, roadshows, and shared conference activations
Partner with Events to amplify joint presence at Gartner, LogiChem, and other key industry forums
Develop an annual partner marketing calendar covering digital and in-person programs
Support regional partner activation by tailoring campaigns and events to local audiences and market maturity
Partner Enablement and Engagement
Build and launch the partner MDF program including proposal guidelines, ROI tracking, and optimization
Support launch of the Elemica Alliance Partner Portal with content, messaging, and communications
Create partner onboarding kits and internal briefings for new alliances and regions
Build templates and frameworks for scalable joint campaign and event execution
Measurement and ROI
Establish a consistent framework for tracking partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline
Deliver quarterly partner marketing performance reports for leadership and key stakeholders
Track MDF utilization and ROI across partners and programs
Year One Success Targets
Partner marketing contribution to pipeline is clearly measurable and growing each quarter
Three to five partner go-to-market campaigns and four to six joint events executed with measurable demand results
Partner MDF program launched with initial participation and quantifiable ROI
Elemica Alliance communications and certification program elevated in brand presence
Regional partner onboarding and enablement programs adopted across at least two geographies
What You'll Need
Five to eight years of B2B marketing experience focused on partner, alliance, or channel marketing
Experience working with global partner ecosystems across multiple regions and levels of maturity
Proven ability to plan and execute joint digital and in-person events with partners, including campaign alignment and follow-up
Experience building or managing MDF programs and measuring ROI
Skilled at helping regional partners succeed through enablement, tailored content, and ongoing engagement
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop and refine joint messaging that resonates with shared audiences
Strong ability to prioritize and manage programs, balancing long-term initiatives with fast-turn campaign needs
Experience in enterprise SaaS, supply chain, or manufacturing technology
Ability to turn complex partnerships into clear, engaging stories and programs
Strength in stakeholder alignment and cross-functional execution
Comfort working in a lean, high-accountability environment that rewards initiative and creativity
A growth mindset that values curiosity, collaboration, and seeing ideas come to life
