Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or overages.
  • Ensure proper organization and storage of all inventory items.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse staff to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to all Safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
  • Assist with receiving and shipping processes as needed, including occasional Lifting.
  • Contribute to optimizing warehouse space and workflow.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Knowledge of Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Ability to perform occasional Lifting of up to 25 pounds.
