Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or overages.
- Ensure proper organization and storage of all inventory items.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse staff to improve inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving and shipping processes as needed, including occasional Lifting.
- Contribute to optimizing warehouse space and workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Knowledge of Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to perform occasional Lifting of up to 25 pounds.
