In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders from warehouse shelves and meticulously packing them for shipment. Your attention to detail ensures that our customers receive the correct products in excellent condition. You will utilize scanning technology and follow order specifications precisely. Our commitment to your well-being means we provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to strict Safety guidelines. This position requires agility, focus, and the ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 35 pounds. Experience with order fulfillment and a solid understanding of warehouse logistics are beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory based on order tickets.
- Verify product information and quantities before packing.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping, ensuring product protection.
- Operate scanning equipment to track picked items and update inventory systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Perform frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Contribute to meeting daily order fulfillment targets within our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting tasks up to 35 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to following Safety guidelines and using PPE.
